
![]() SPRinT™ is a sales toolkit built for sales people to pick up and use immediately to perform their valuable and important role. SPRinT™ is a sales system and process which means that some tools are used first before others. There is a procedure to how they are used and there is a sequence in which they should be used. SPRinT™ is comprehensive which means it covers all aspects of the sales process and sales persons skills required to perform their role. SPRinT™ is all about ‘how-to’ – it is designed to give a sales professional a clear blueprint on the core elements of their job and function:
• SPRinT™ is trained in over 30 hours over three days using the D.E.E.P. learning process (above). The first day is spent learning the whole SPRinT™ toolkit and then two days are spent completing examples and practicing until each delegate leaves with their business plan completed or with plans to prepare each tool within days. • SPRinT™ is best trained in multiples of 12 delegates, there is no limit to the total group size because the first day is simply ‘taught’ and the next two days are all in syndicates with a dedicated SPRinT™ trainer per group of 12 delegates. • SPRinT™ toolkits are licensed by individual, so only the delegate who attended the training can use the materials. However once a team has completed the learning, the Sales Manager can reinforce a toolkit or a specific tool at a sales meeting every day or week. • SPRinT™ toolkits training is followed up by on-the-job Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for every delegate. The PIPs are structured over 8 to 13 weeks to match your sales cycle and targets, and the PIP covers both skills development requirements as well as sales delivery improvements. |
